Meet the six heroes of Trivia Titan’s next chapter

Get to know Aegis, Rune, Ember, Patch, Rook, and Nimbus, and the battle abilities being built for Trivia Titan 4.0.

Trumbo the elephant welcomes you to the world of Trivia Titan

Trivia has always been about what you know. In Trivia Titan’s next chapter, your character gives you another way to approach a battle. Six heroes bring six different personalities and abilities, from a dependable knight to a pirate who likes his odds a little too much.

This is a preview of the upcoming 4.0 experience. These characters and abilities reflect the current development build. They may change before release and may not appear in the version currently available on your app store.

Aegis: a dependable defense

Aegis is the Knight, and Iron Guard makes his role clear. He automatically blocks up to 3 damage from every enemy attack. Extra HP penalties still apply, so his protection is useful without making every mistake free. If you like a steady approach that leaves you focused on the question, Aegis is a good character to get to know.

Rune: a little clarity in a difficult moment

Rune the Wizard has Reveal. Twice per battle, he can remove two wrong options before you answer. The timer keeps running while you use it. That makes Reveal a decision as well as a helping hand: use it when narrowing the choices will actually help you commit to an answer.

Ember: keep the spark alive

Ember the Fire Mage rewards consecutive correct answers. Her damage multiplier rises from 1× to 1.5×, then 2×, and finally 2.5×. A wrong answer or timeout resets the streak. The multiplier stays capped at 2.5×, including Titan streak bonuses. Her strength comes from consistency rather than rushing through a question you have not read.

Patch: a backup for your streak

Patch is a Robot with a forgiving streak mechanic. Once per battle, the first wrong answer or timeout made with an active streak preserves that streak. A miss with no streak does not spend Backup. The missed answer still deals no damage; Patch protects your momentum rather than turning a miss into a hit.

Rook: choose your risk

Rook the Pirate can arm his next answer once per battle. A correct answer adds 20 damage. A wrong answer or timeout costs an extra 8 HP, and normal enemy damage still applies. Double or Nothing is most interesting when you recognize a question well enough to make the risk feel deliberate.

Nimbus: room for a comeback

Nimbus the Genie can restore 15 HP once per battle, up to the normal 100 HP maximum. Second Wind must be used before locking an answer and cannot revive a defeated player. It gives you room to continue, but you still need to answer the next question.

Knowledge is still your strongest power

Abilities add a different rhythm to battle modes. Reading carefully, recognizing what the question asks, and keeping your answers consistent still matter with every hero. Follow this journal for more development notes, or find the mode that suits you before your next round.
