Delete in the app

In versions supporting accounts, open Trivia Titan → Profile/About → Delete account. Read the confirmation and verify ownership using the same Google or Apple account. Keep your internet connection active until the process finishes. If interrupted, reopen the app and use the deletion recovery controls.

Request deletion without the app

Email nous.games12@gmail.com with the subject Trivia Titan account deletion. Include whether you used Google or Apple and your sign-in email or Apple relay address. Ownership verification may be needed. Never send your password, sign-in code, or token.

What deletion removes

The in-app account deletion flow removes the authentication account, account cloud-save contents, progression and statistics, and account cache on that device. Apple authorization is revoked for Apple sign-ins. Guest progress is separate and remains on the device; remove local app data to remove it. An offline second device’s local data is not remotely erased.

Information retained

A minimal marker under the retired account identifier contains a schema version, deletion flag, and timestamp, with no profile or game progress. It prevents stale devices from recreating deleted saves. It currently has no fixed automatic purge schedule; removal must first be safe against stale uploads. Provider technical logs follow their applicable retention practices.

Uninstalling the app alone does not delete a cloud account. Contact support for questions about your request.
